Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how InMobi Accelerate ("Accelerate") collects and uses information across two distinct contexts: your interactions with Accelerate as a business, and data processed on your behalf when you use our advertising services. Please read the section that applies to you.

Part A — Business Partners & Website Visitors

A.1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect certain categories of information depending on how you interact with InMobi Accelerate ("Accelerate") website directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the Accelerate website as described below.

We may obtain certain information when you create an account with us, such as your name, email address, phone number, country, job title, Business Name, Business information, and other information as may be required during the sign-up process.

We wish to clarify that, in this context, your information may be used by Accelerate to contact you for the only purpose of engaging with Accelerate or its affiliates as a business partner. Accelerate does not share/sell this data to any third parties and personal information submitted through the account creation forms would fall within the CCPA's B2B exception.

If you provide the name and email address of a friend or colleague, we may use that information to send the individual an invitation to visit or register with our site or become a business partner with us. Please do not share any personal or sensitive information with us if you do not have the right to share the same or if you are not interested in conducting business with us.

A.1.2 Automatic Information Collection & Tracking

  • information about how you leave our site (e.g. which website you visit immediately after visiting our site)

We may use cookies to help us collect and store this information, as described in more detail in our cookie policy.

A.2. How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

We use the information provided by you on the Contact Us to offer you pertinent information, address your questions, and give you the support you need.

We use the account information and other information you provide to provide you services, manage your account, communicate with you, conduct business with you (e.g. reporting and payment), personalize the Accelerate website, comply with your requests, and inform you about products and services in accordance with your marketing preferences for business purposes.

We use your usage information to analyze our traffic, to figure out how often business partners use parts of the site, to improve the site and generally to make it appealing.

A.3. Who Do We Share Information With?

The sharing described in this section applies only to business and account information collected under Section 1. Data processed via connected advertising platforms is governed separately under Part B.

We may share your information only in ways that are described in this Section.

We may disclose your information to law enforcement, regulators, or legal advisers where required by law; to enforce our terms and conditions; to protect our rights; or to preserve user safety. This may include sharing with other organizations for fraud protection purposes.

We may share your personal information with companies that provide services to help us operate our business (e.g. processing payments or sending emails to you on our behalf), in connection with any merger, a sale of InMobi assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. Whenever we share your information for this reason, we will ensure that the recipient is bound by all appropriate confidentiality obligations and that it is committed to using your personal information only for the purposes for which you originally provided it. We may also share your information with the Group for purposes as described above in "How We Use Your Personal Information", such as analytics, reporting, and service improvement within the InMobi Group.

Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Part B — When You Use Accelerate's Services

This section describes how Accelerate handles data when you actively use our advertising services. End-user data referred to in this section relates to the users of your properties or advertising platforms — not to you as a business partner.

Information Collected, Used and Shared When You Avail Our Services

If you choose to, we deploy our pixel code on your properties, including but not limited to your website services, to deliver performance insights and attribution services. This pixel code may collect certain interaction data about the end users on your properties, including page views, click paths, referral sources, and attribution data in order to optimize your campaign on different third-party advertising networks. This pixel code does not collect any personal data such as device identifiers or other direct personal identifiers. This data collected is used solely to provide analytics and insights to help optimize your advertising strategy, recommend the most effective advertising platforms, attribute website traffic to advertising sources for accurate billing, and other similar business purposes. By using our pixel code, your business, as an advertiser, will be responsible to ensure your own compliance according to applicable laws, including, but not limited to, informing your end users of tracking practices.

We may also collect some information to deliver our services to you, pursuant to the contractual arrangement with your business. When you choose to link your Google, Microsoft, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or other advertising platform account, we access your account information through the official APIs provided by these platforms in order to optimize your advertising campaigns. Accelerate is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially connected to any of these advertising platforms.

Any personal data in scope is shared directly with the relevant advertising platform. We do not store, resell, or redistribute any advertising platform content or advertising platform-derived data to third parties. Each advertising platform has its own privacy policies and terms of service, in accordance with which they may independently collect and process certain information. Accelerate has no responsibility or liability relating to those practices. Please refer to the relevant privacy policies and terms of service to understand more about their terms and privacy practices.

If you choose to disconnect an advertising platform from our services, any platform-derived data associated with that account will be deleted from our systems. Any personal data collected is shared solely between your business and the relevant advertising platform.

General Provisions

The following sections apply to all data described in both Part A and Part B.

International Transfers

We may share your information with our Affiliates and other third parties described above who are based in countries outside of your country of residence (for example, if you are an EU resident, we may share your information with our non-EU clients or Affiliates). While some countries may not have data protection laws that are equivalent to those of the country in which you reside, we will take all reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable legal requirements.

How Do We Keep Information Secure?

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the information we collect. We use multiple electronic, procedural, and physical security measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful use or alteration of information, and against any accidental loss, destruction, or damage to information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure.

Privacy Rights

The privacy laws of your country may grant you additional privacy rights, wherever applicable, relating to your information including but not limited to right to access, request correction, request deletion/anonymization/blocking, restrict/object to processing, withdraw your consent, request data portability, be informed about third parties with whom your data has been shared, and request a review of decisions taken exclusively based on automated processing. To exercise these rights, as applicable, please contact us as detailed below.

How Long Do You Keep Information?

We retain information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy and/or for engaging with you as a business partner, unless otherwise required by law.
